THE BLONDES TEAM
The Blondes ethos is to treat every customer as an individual and to create looks that the clientele can recreate themselves. They work as a team to keep that all important client focus running though the brand.
LEEANN
Leeann has over 35 years experience in the hairdressing industry and is well known for her expertise and attention to detail with every aspect of her client’s hair. She has a large loyal following and feels very proud and privileged to have so many clients that travel from all over to have her do their colours and their hair cuts. Never one to take any of her clients for granted, a personal, sincere service is given to all. Whether it’s your first visit or a return visit after 25 years! Everyone is greeted with genuine warmth and made to feel at home. Leeann prides herself on ensuring her customers leave the salon looking great and feeling amazing about themselves and their hair. Leeann qualified at the age of 18 and has trained extensively with many experienced hairdressers and eventually perfected her skills enough to open up her own salon. She balances being Hair Director and a businesswoman alongside her happy team.
SHELLEY
Shelley is our calm and caring senior stylist, bringing over 35 years of experience to the salon. She and Leeann began their hairdressing training together many moons ago, and we are so proud to have her as a long-standing and much-loved member of our team.
With her wealth of knowledge and passion for hairdressing, Shelley takes the time to listen to her clients and create styles that complement their personality and lifestyle. Her warm and reassuring approach ensures every appointment is a relaxing, enjoyable experience.
Outside of the salon, Shelley is a proud mum to two young ladies, which only adds to her caring and approachable nature. Whether you’re looking for a fresh cut, bespoke molecular perming or a complete transformation, you’re in safe hands with Shelley.
ELIZA
Eliza is our kind and enthusiastic graduate stylist with over 6 years of experience in the hair industry. She holds an advanced Level 3 qualification and has a real passion for continuing her education, always eager to upskill and learn as much as she can.
Her friendly and positive personality instantly puts clients at ease, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in the salon. Eliza particularly loves cutting and creating new looks for her clients, working closely with them to find styles that feel exciting, modern, and perfectly suited to their personality.
With her creativity, technical skills, and dedication to growth, Eliza ensures every client leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and completely cared for.
TOM
Introducing Tom… Formerly of John Richards in Brentwood already a familiar face in town and now we are privileged to have him with us a great asset to the Blondes team. Bringing his own sense of style and energy to the salon, Tom is quietly confident and hugely reassuring with his mild manor. He loves nothing more than making his clients happy and smiling inside and out he says “I love it when clients leave feeling happy and more confident in themselves you can tell they feel great, and when they are grinning from ear to ear it is a brilliant feeling and is why I love my job” Tom has an appetite for education and continued growth in his chosen profession, he will always bring his A game and join you in your quest for the perfect colour/cut and style!
